Sales Manager

Reporting to the managing director, the sales manager needs to hit the ground running and develop an already successful sales team into a world-beating one.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Monitoring incoming and outgoing communications with customers to ensure that systems are being correctly followed
  • Implementing new sales strategies and monitoring to ensure effectiveness
  • Implementing quality control for database entries and monitor to ensure standards are met
  • Assessing staff training and development needs and implementing solutions
  • Monitoring and reporting on changes in sales patterns
  • Advising on systems improvements for the benefit of the sales process

Essential skills:

  • Previous track record in a similar position
  • Knowledge of the cruise industry
  • Ability to lead and motivate
  • Superb organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Marketing Executive

An exciting job opportunity has arisen within our Product and Marketing team for a permanent, full-time Marketing Executive.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Writing copy for both online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Developing social media platforms
  • Identifying and maximising advertising opportunities
  • Developing brand awareness through targeted promotional activity
  • Assisting in the organisation of consumer events

Essential skills:

  • Highly literate and numerate
  • Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills

Numerate and computer literate individual required to assist with the financial operations of our worldwide travel business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Checking financials details for holiday bookings
  • Processing and recording incoming and outgoing monies in various currencies
  • Processing statements and invoices

Essential skills:

  • Highly numerate
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel
